Secured Servers provides self-managed servers. Our clients have complete control of their servers via root (Linux) or Administrator (Windows) access, while Secured Servers maintains the network, facility, and the hardware within the server itself. Self-managed servers allow us to pass our internal costs savings to our customers.We maintain a 24x7x365 on-site support staff that actively monitors all servers, responds to alerts, resolves hardware issues, is available for remote-hands support, provides IPKVMs to servers upon request, and performs best-effort troubleshooting support via our support ticketing system.
Secured Servers recommends that all clients maintain an active and passive backup of important data at all times, and engage the services of a qualified system administrator when scope of work exceeds experience.
